Garth joined the BEFC staff in August 2000 as the Christian Education Pastor. His role has since transitioned to Pastor of Child and Family Ministries, as well as visitation and senior care. Garth and his wife, Celina, have three grown children, three granddaughters—Ellie, Isla, and Callie—and one grandson, McCoy. Garth graduated with a Bachelor of Religious Education (BRE) from Briercrest in 1987. He loves people of all ages and cares for them with a genuine pastor's heart. Garth enjoys fishing, golfing, and walking with Celina. After serving BEFC faithfully for 25 years, Garth will be concluding his ministry with our church at the end of July. He is excited to see where God leads him in the next stage of his life!
